Our research focuses on ""empathy"".We believe that putting yourself in somebody else's shoes and experiencing their perspective through exchanges, dialogues and shared experiences, and thoroughly understanding the values and context that lead them to be the way they are, rather than simply focusing on words, actions and attitude themselves, improves the quality of research and allows us to obtain better suggestions.We leverage the various methods and frameworks described in this document as well as our own MROC system to provide a wide range of support for corporate marketing activities, efforts to address social issues, etc.

Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds, including business companies, advertising agencies and overseas branches of research companies, and have a wealth of research experience. We are able to respond to various industries, themes and methods, but qualitative research is a particular strength. Many of our members can do their own qualitative moderation.We have industry-leading experience and achievements in online community surveys.

Deep context, multifaceted insight.

MROC is a hybrid research method that forms an online research community and conducts dialogue and exchange. MindSquare can accommodate any MROC approach (ad-hoc, permanent, branded, fan community, etc.). It is equipped with customized functions and UI that have not been available in previous domestic MROC, and through dialogue and interaction, it derives insights and problem-solving awareness.

a review-sharing SNS app.

We provide an innovative research service that has never been seen before, utilizing "Poskee", a review-sharing SNS app for all kinds of things and experiences. We provide high-quality targeted research and microsurveys based on an understanding of the characteristics of each user based on the content of their posts. In addition, we analyze the content of the posts themselves, including scores and comments, to derive insights and intelligence that are distinctly different from general CS surveys and social listening.
